We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Entry Level Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a valid RN license and prior experience in a long-term care environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in the field of nursing.
Entry Level Nurse Duties:
- Perform duties within the scope of practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Conduct clinical audits as directed and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Identify areas for clinical improvement and develop strategies for systemic restoration.
- Maintain a focus on quality improvement initiatives.
- Report findings to the facility's Director of Nursing, Facility Administrator, Clinical Restoration Team Leader, or designated authority.
Entry Level Nurse Requirements:
- RN license in good standing.
- 1+ years of work experience as an RN in a skilled nursing environment.
- Prior nursing management experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Point Click Care Electronic Medical Records is required.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Strong sense of accountability and dedication to providing quality patient care.
