Job Duties:

• Roll silverware in a hygienic and professional manner for service
• Maintain cleanliness by promptly clearing dirty utensils, plates, and drinks from the bar
• Renew the bar environment after the departure of customers
• Attend to cleaning tasks in the bar area such as sweeping, trash removal, and any other cleaning duties that need to be carried out
• Knowledgeable in assisting patrons from the start to the end of their dining interaction
• Proficient in escalating guest concerns to management and resolving issues in a positive way
• Able to communicate well with other teammates to ensure all guest needs are met
• Your state legally allows you to serve and pour alcoholic drinks while adhering to the prescribed guidelines
• Competency in following recipe guidelines to mix drinks in compliance with predetermined standards
• Support sought for the swift delivery of food items
• Practice compliance with health and safety measures in all kitchen and dining spaces
• Abide by the manager's directions consistently throughout your working hours
• Effective in interacting with guests and addressing their requirements

Requirements:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient in the English language with the ability to speak, read, and write.
• Individuals engaging in alcohol service activities in the state must meet the specified age threshold
• Granted the right to work in the United States

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent customer assistance and superb ability to connect with others
• Well-versed in the principles of food safety and sanitation for maintaining a hygienic environment
• Exhibiting a dedicated concern for the finer nuances
• High energy levels

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Capable of bending at the waist and raising items up to 50 lbs. to the level of the waist.
• Has the capability to move objects weighing up to 50 pounds up to 25 feet away.
• Having the energy to endure and maintain activity levels during an 8-12 hour shift.
• Competent in attentively hearing, comprehending, and addressing the needs of team members and guests in a noisy environment.
• Can handle being exposed to both cold and hot temperatures (below freezing and above 90 degrees Fahrenheit) for the entire duration of the shift.
