Position Summary:
By combining your comprehensive knowledge of automotive repairs with your exceptional interpersonal talents, you will be in charge of managing customer relations and frequently acting as a mediator between technicians and clients. Moreover, you will be required to choose, mentor, lead, educate, and oversee vehicle technicians while aiding in the procurement of parts, materials, and tools.
Responsibilities:
- Determine and arrange job assignments for vehicle repair technicians considering their individual competencies.
- Address all the vehicle service needs that clients may have.
- Direct the hiring and training procedures for a competent car service team.

- Comply with quality standards consistently.
- Achieve superior customer satisfaction and loyalty by adeptly managing various facets of customer dealings, including preemptive communication, resolving problems, and conducting necessary follow-ups.

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the inner workings of automotive service operations by proficiently managing paperwork, interacting with customers, conducting financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. - Enhance profitability by initiating meaningful interactions with clients, carrying out thorough inspections of vehicles, and promoting seamless communication within the garage.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Meeting the educational criteria, such as obtaining a high school diploma or its equal, is mandatory.
- Extensive knowledge and skills in auto maintenance accumulated over a four-year period.
- Experience in the position of service manager or service writer for one year.
- Dealing with customer complaints revolves around mitigating and resolving issues raised by clients in a satisfactory manner.
- Skill in managing inventory, scheduling tasks, and maintaining equipment.
- Capacity for leading and providing coaching to others.
- Communication expertise with teammates and clients.
- Capability to successfully onboard and choose technicians according to store specifications.
- Being keen on pursuing continuous learning and staying abreast of current automotive repair issues.
- Individuals must always carry a legitimate automotive driver's license when test-driving customer cars.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completion of a two-year degree program or its comparable alternative.
