Job Duties:

• Ensure that your work area is kept tidy and well-organized
• Perform cleaning duties like sweeping, trash removal, and any other tasks required to maintain cleanliness
• Execute dish-cleaning and drying tasks following Health Code regulations
• Experienced in aiding service staff to deliver on guest requests seamlessly
• Skilled at escalating concerns to leadership and addressing problems in a constructive manner
• Skilled in working together with colleagues to ensure the satisfaction of all guest requests
• Competency in thriving within a rapidly changing work environment
• Comply with health and safety standards in all kitchen and dining facilities
• Respect and adhere to the manager's directives during the shift

Requirements:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to effectively express thoughts and ideas through spoken, written, and reading English.
• Sanctioned for employment in the United States

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Capable of hinging at the waist and raising objects of up to 50 lbs. to waist height.
• Skilled in moving items that weigh up to 50 pounds across distances of up to 25 feet.
• Equipped to stand and carry out tasks energetically for the entirety of an 8-12 hour shift.
• Experienced in effectively listening, comprehending, and addressing the needs of employees and patrons amid a noisy environment.
• Must be able to endure fluctuating temperatures, including exposure to cold below 0 degrees Fahrenheit and heat above 90 degrees Fahrenheit throughout the workday.
