Job Duties:

• Organize the station layout and replenish resources based on the expected workload
• Have the necessary supplies prepared for the manufacturing line
• Purge and sanitize the work area, get rid of trash, and accomplish any necessary tasks
• cleaning duties
• Support the service team in managing guest requests with attentiveness and timeliness
• Communicate concerns to leaders and tackle issues productively
• Establish clear and efficient communication channels within the team to uphold guest satisfaction
• It is important to precisely follow cooking guidelines and stick to the given directions when preparing dishes
• Function with productivity in a rapid work environment
• Ensure compliance with guidelines for health and safety in kitchen and dining environments
• Observe and follow the Manager's commands during the shift
• Interact with clients and cater to their needs with support

Requirements:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Can lean forward at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level.
• Capable of relocating items up to 50 lbs over distances as far as 25 feet.
• Having the endurance to stay upright and be in motion for an entire 8 to 12-hour shift.
• Adept at hearing, understanding, and promptly addressing the needs of both employees and customers in a noisy environment.
• Proficient in performing duties in settings subject to extreme temperature ranges, including below 0°F and above 90°F, for the duration of the work period.
