Job Duties:
- Package silverware into rolled configurations for table use
- Dispose of dirty dishes, glasses, and utensils from the bar
- Prepare the bar for new guests after the previous ones have left
- Keep the bar area clean by sweeping, taking out the trash, and completing any cleaning tasks as required
- Competent in assisting diners throughout their entire meal experience
- Proficient in handling guest complaints by involving higher-ups and reaching resolutions in a productive manner
- Able to communicate well with other teammates to ensure all guest needs are met
- In your state, you are authorized to legally serve and dispense alcoholic beverages
- Proficiency in following instructions from recipes to create drinks with precision
- Help needed with the timely delivery of food orders
- Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols in both kitchen and dining locales
- Abide by the managerial directions for the entire shift
- Proficient at engaging with visitors and providing help with their requirements

Requirements:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrating English language fluency in speaking, reading, and writing.
- The legally defined age for serving alcohol in the state must be adhered to
- Legally able to work in the United States
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Exceptional customer care and interpersonal abilities
- Comprehensive familiarity with policies and procedures related to food hygiene and cleanliness
- Demonstrating a sharp eye for accuracy and precision

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Capable of bending at the waist and raising items up to 50 lbs. to the level of the waist.
- Able to transport items weighing up to 50 pounds for distances of up to 25 feet.
- Possessing the capability to stay standing and alert throughout an 8-12 hour work shift.
- Proficient in listening, comprehending, and responding to the requests of employees and guests in a noisy environment.
- Can withstand being exposed to cold and hot temperatures (below freezing and above 90 degrees Fahrenheit) for the entire shift.
