Job Duties:

• Package silverware into rolled configurations for table use
• Keep the bar area tidy by removing any dirty utensils, plates, or drinks
• Clean up the bar following the departure of patrons
• Sweep and clear the bar area, dispose of trash, and address any cleaning tasks that must be done
• Accomplished in aiding diners throughout their complete dining occasion
• Experienced in managing guest issues by escalating them to higher authorities and resolving problems positively
• Able to communicate well with other teammates to ensure all guest needs are met
• It is lawful for you to serve and pour alcohol as permitted by the state regulations
• Ability to comprehend recipe instructions and prepare drinks to meet specified criteria
• Assistance needed with the efficient transport of food
• Enforce adherence to health and safety rules throughout kitchen and dining regions
• Carry out the manager's instructions diligently throughout the shift
• Capable of interacting with patrons and assisting them with their requests

Requirements:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in English communication by means of speaking, reading, and writing.
• Serving alcohol in the state is contingent upon meeting the prescribed legal age criteria
• Approved for employment in the United States

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Capable of bending at the waist and lifting items up to 50 lbs. to waist height.
• Capable of lifting and moving loads of up to 50 pounds a distance of 25 feet.
• Possessing the capability to stay standing and alert throughout an 8-12 hour work shift.
• Capable of effectively hearing, understanding, and responding to employees' and visitors' demands in a loud setting.
• Able to tolerate exposure to both cold and hot temperatures (below freezing and above 90 degrees Fahrenheit) throughout the shift.
