Introduction: Epic Healthcare Management is in search of a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Treatment Nurse. As an LPN Treatment Nurse, you will hold a pivotal role in delivering specialized wound care and other treatments to our residents, prioritizing their comfort, safety, and overall well-being.

Job Summary and Qualifications: In this capacity, you will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating wound care treatments and other specialized interventions for our residents. Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team will be essential in developing individualized care plans to ensure the highest quality of care delivery.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse in a clinical setting.
• Preferred experience in wound care and/or other specialized treatments.
• Proficiency in clinical assessment skills and the ability to administer compassionate and effective nursing care.

Education:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program leading to licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

License and Certifications:

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications are advantageous.
• Certification in wound care (WOCN, WCC, or equivalent) is highly desired.
