Driver / Courier Key Responsibilities:

• Pickup and Delivery: Pick up food orders and other items from local restaurants and convenience stores and deliver them to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive delivery experience.
• Adherence to Guidelines: Follow Grubhub's delivery guidelines and safety protocols to ensure the safety and satisfaction of both drivers and customers.
• Efficient Navigation: Use a smartphone with a data plan to navigate to and from delivery locations accurately.

Driver / Courier Qualifications:

• Transportation: Have a reliable vehicle (car, scooter, or bike in select areas).
• License and Insurance: Possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance for drivers. For bikers, a valid driver's license or state ID is required.
• Smartphone: Own a smartphone with a data plan to use the Grubhub driver app.
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age (21+ in Las Vegas).
• Availability: Willingness to work during weekends, with the flexibility to choose your own hours.
