Job Duties:

• Keep your station clean and organized for optimal efficiency
• Keep the area tidy through sweeping, trash disposal, and fulfilling any cleaning tasks that need to be done
• Wash and dry dishes according to the Health Code specifications
• Capable of collaborating with service staff to meet and exceed guest demands effectively
• Experienced in escalating matters to higher authorities and resolving challenges in a constructive way
• Show proficiency in team communication to guarantee all guest needs are attended to
• Adeptness in effectively navigating through a fast-paced work environment
• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines for both kitchen and dining spaces
• Keep in line with the manager's directions throughout the shift

Requirements:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Capable of understanding and producing English language content through speaking, reading, and writing.
• Have the lawful right to work in the U.S

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Having the ability to bend forward and lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs. to waist height.
• Skilled at moving items up to 50 pounds over a distance of 25 feet.
• Competent in enduring and actively participating throughout an 8-12 hour work shift.
• Proficient in actively engaging with, interpreting, and responding to the queries of employees and customers in a bustling environment.
• Able to withstand exposure to cold temperatures below 0 degrees Fahrenheit and hot temperatures above 90 degrees Fahrenheit throughout the duration of the shift.
