Job Duties:

• Maintain a neat and orderly station to enhance productivity
• Perform cleaning duties like sweeping, trash removal, and any other tasks required to maintain cleanliness
• Abide by Health Code rules for washing and drying dishes
• Knowledgeable in supporting staff to ensure guest requests are met satisfactorily
• Experienced in escalating concerns to top management and effectively resolving issues
• Competent in collaborating with teammates to ensure the fulfillment of guest needs is achieved
• Skilled in adapting to and performing effectively in rapid-paced work settings
• Comply with safety regulations in all kitchen and dining zones
• Adhere to the instructions provided by the manager during the course of a work shift

Requirements:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in English for verbal, written, and reading interactions.
• Possess the necessary authorization to work in the U.S

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Can flex at the waist and hoist items up to 50 lbs. to waist level.
• Can move items that are 50 pounds heavy for up to 25 feet.
• Possessing the ability to stay upright and participate actively throughout an 8-12 hour shift.
• Proficient in actively hearing, grasping, and providing responses to the requirements of both team members and clients in a noisy backdrop.
• Required to tolerate exposure to cold temperatures below 0 degrees Fahrenheit as well as hot temperatures above 90 degrees Fahrenheit throughout the shift.
