Job Duties:

• Organize silverware into neat rolls for efficient serving
• Ensure the bar is clean and presentable by removing any dirty dishes, glasses, or leftover beverages
• Rejuvenate the bar setup once guests have exited the establishment
• Make sure the bar section is spotless by sweeping, disposing of trash, and completing any cleaning tasks necessary
• Talented in supporting customers from the initiation to the completion of their dining meal
• Skilled at escalating guest problems to upper management and resolving them in a constructive manner
• Able to communicate well with other teammates to ensure all guest needs are met
• You are authorized by law to serve and dispense alcohol within the jurisdiction of your state
• Expertise in reading recipes accurately and making beverages to conform with standards
• Help required in ensuring timely food delivery
• Stick to the health and safety regulations applicable to kitchen and dining settings
• Obey and act upon the manager's directions during the entirety of your shift
• Able to engage with customers and provide support for their needs

Requirements:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Effective in English language usage through speaking, reading, and writing.
• The state statutes dictate the requisite age for individuals eligible to serve alcoholic beverages
• Entitled to work in the United States

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Having the ability to flex at the waist and elevate objects weighing up to 50 pounds to waist level.
• Able to transport items weighing up to 50 pounds for distances of up to 25 feet.
• Adequate for sustaining an upright position and being active for 8-12 hours.
• Skilled in actively listening, processing, and reacting to the inquiries of staff and patrons amid loud surroundings.
• Capable of withstanding extreme temperatures (below 0 degrees F and above 90 degrees F) during the shift.
