Job Duties:

• Ensure that your station is kept clean and organized consistently
• Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, taking out the garbage, and addressing any other cleaning tasks as needed
• Maintain compliance with Health Code requirements while washing and drying dishes
• Competent in aiding service personnel to fulfill guest requests promptly
• Experienced in escalating concerns to top management and effectively resolving issues
• Demonstrate strong communication abilities with team members to accomplish meeting all guest needs
• Capacity to excel in a dynamic and quick-moving work atmosphere
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards in every kitchen and dining location
• Abide by the manager's instructions for the entire shift

Requirements:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Competent in English communication encompassing speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Given the authorization to work in the U.S

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Broad understanding of the rules and regulations governing food safety and sanitation practices

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to stoop and raise objects up to 50 lbs. to waist level.
• Able to convey items up to 50 pounds in weight for distances of up to 25 feet.
• Being physically capable of persisting in an upright posture and being fully functional for an entire 8-12 hour workday.
• Proficient in actively hearing, grasping, and providing responses to the requirements of both team members and clients in a noisy backdrop.
• Ability to endure both cold temperatures below 0 degrees Fahrenheit and hot temperatures exceeding 90 degrees Fahrenheit during the shift.
