Job Description:

Join our team at Epic Healthcare Management as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA), where you'll play a crucial role in delivering superior healthcare services to our residents.

CNA Responsibilities:

• Provide routine daily nursing care to residents under procedures and document care appropriately.
• Maintain a calm atmosphere throughout the unit/shift.
• Assist residents with meal preparation, serving trays, and feeding as indicated.
• Ensure residents' personal care and hygiene needs are met, including assisting with bath functions.
• Assist with transportation, lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transferring residents.
• Answer resident calls promptly and report any changes in resident's condition promptly.

CNA Requirements:

• Holds current and in good standing CNA Certification in the State.
• Dedicated to providing extraordinary compassionate care to each resident.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, committed, and passionate about quality care.
• Genuinely interested in assisting ill, injured, disabled, elderly, and emotionally upset residents.
• Possesses patience, a cheerful disposition, and a willingness to assist residents and co-workers.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organization skills.
• Trusted to work independently and in a team environment.
• Able to work well under pressure, flexible, and harmonious with all staff.
