Job Duties:

• Arrange the workspace and ensure sufficient provisions are on hand for the expected volume of work
• Arrange the materials for the conveyor belt
• Neatly organize the working area, remove rubbish, and finalize any essential responsibilities
• cleaning duties
• Aid the support personnel in addressing guest inquiries and demands effectively
• Raise issues to supervisors and approach problems proactively
• Engage in productive communication with team members to secure guest approval
• Abide by the instructions given in recipes to effectively create dishes with precision and accuracy
• Work with effectiveness in a high-tempo environment
• Abide by standards for maintaining health and safety in kitchen and dining spaces
• Pay attention to and act upon the Manager's instructions during the shift
• Connect with customers and assist in meeting their needs

Requirements:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Possessing English language proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing domains.
• Given the official authorization to work in the United States

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Possesses the ability to bend at the waist and raise objects weighing up to 50 lbs. to waist height.
• Proficient in moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds for distances reaching 25 feet.
• Maintaining a standing position and keeping active throughout an 8-12 hour shift.
• Efficient in receiving, understanding, and promptly responding to the needs of both employees and clients in a noisy location.
• Capable of functioning in areas with extreme temperature conditions, such as temperatures below 0°F and above 90°F, without disruption during the shift.
