CNA Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or other healthcare professionals.

• Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to the supervising nurse or healthcare team.

• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing client living spaces.
• Foster a supportive and caring environment that promotes clients' physical and emotional well-being.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided and any observations made during shifts.

CNA Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar role or healthcare setting is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
